faith-integrated therapy

Faith can be a source of strength, grounding, and comfort. It can also be a place of wrestling, doubt, or deep pain. Whether your beliefs are central to your life or you're in the process of questioning what you once held dear, therapy can be a space to explore it all.

Maybe you want to bring your spiritual life into the therapy room, but you're not sure how. Maybe your relationship with faith has shifted over time, and you're navigating what it means to you now. You may simply be seeking a therapist who recognizes the role spirituality plays in your life and is open to exploring it alongside you. Whatever your experience, you deserve support that meets you where you are, both spiritually and emotionally.

When faith is part of the story

As a Christian therapist, I offer faith-integrated therapy for individuals, couples, and families who want to include their beliefs in the therapeutic process. This might look like exploring how your faith shapes your relationships, how your spirituality supports your healing, or how past experiences in religious spaces have impacted your sense of self.

This work is always client-led. You set the tone for how much or how little spiritual content is part of our conversations. I offer a nonjudgmental, compassionate space where your questions are welcome, your doubts are safe, and your beliefs are honored.

For some clients, that means prayer or Scripture. For others, it means simply knowing their therapist understands the language and weight of faith.

How I can help

You don’t have to compartmentalize your healing. If your faith is important to you, therapy can be a space where your emotional, relational, and spiritual worlds are all welcome. Your story matters in its entirety, and I’m here to hold it with you.
